* There is a $400 minimum to cut and package a cow. Any cows under a 450 lb hanging weight will be charged the $400 minimum.

We will cure your bacon or ham with a traditional pink curing salt (nitrates).
* Price includes slicing cured meat to desired thickness.

5 lbs of ground pork (we do not use any organs for this) mixed with seasonings and smoked to make an American classic.
* There is a $120 minimum to cut and package a pig. Any pigs under a 140 lbs hanging weight will be charged the $120 minimum.

You drop off your cleaned and skinned deer and we will cut it up to your specifications and vacuum seal it.

We will make classic dried jerky for you. Available in Original, Spicy, Fire, BBQ, Maple, and Old Bay flavors. Minimum of 10 lbs per flavor for multiple flavors.
*The price is based on Wet Weight. Jerky will loose weight as it is dehydrated.
