We will form and pack burgers into 1/4 patties

Jerky

Choose from Original, Hot, Extra Spicy, Maple, or BBQ flavors. $10 per pound is the wet rate, beef will loose weight when dried. Must have more than 10 lbs for a second flavor.

Curing

We will cure your bacon or ham with a traditional pink curing salt (nitrates). 

* Price includes slicing cured meat to desired thickness.

Smoked Sausage

5 pounds of ground pork turned into sausage then smoked to create a product similar to kielbasa. 

Hot Dogs

5 lbs of ground pork (we do not use any organs for this)  mixed with seasonings and smoked to make an American classic.

You drop off your cleaned and skinned deer and we will cut it up to your specifications and vacuum seal it.

Cleaning

Just drop off your deer, we will skin and clean it for you.

We will vacuum seal a deer that you cut up. 

* Vacuum sealing is included if we cut and pack your deer.

Jerky

We will make classic dried jerky for you. Available in Original, Spicy, Fire, BBQ, Maple, and Old Bay flavors. Minimum of 10 lbs per flavor for multiple flavors.

*The price is based on Wet Weight. Jerky will loose weight as it is dehydrated.

Cube Steak

Thin cuts of venison that are tenderized, Usually from the shoulder or the round.

Smoked Sausage*

4 lbs of venison mixed with pork and turned into sausage then smoked to create a product similar to kielbasa. Yields 5 lbs.

Hot Dogs*

4 lbs of venison mixed with pork and turned into hot dogs. Yield’s 5 lbs.
